    Upon qualification of your property, the Tax Deed Search Certificate will be issued and sent directly to you for immediate use by the title professional handling the sale or refinance of your property.  The Tax Deed Search Certificate will be honored by any agent of one of our major title underwriting partners in Florida, including Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and its partner, Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, and Chicago Title Insurance Company, for the issuance of a full title policy, no quiet title action required.
